The Board of Directors

The Foundation reports to a Board of Directors, which meets twice a year. The nine members come from the Group and civil society. The Board of Directors sets out the Foundation’s main lines of action.

Chairman of the Managing Board of Peugeot S.A. and and President of the Foundation

Carlos Tavares held a number of different positions with Renault from 1981 to 2004 before joining Nissan. In 2009, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Chairman of the Management Committee Americas and President of Nissan North America. He was named Group Chief Operating Office of Renault in 2011. Since 2014, he has joined the Managing Board of PSA. He is named Chairman of the Managing Board since March.

Vice-President of the Foundation, has been a member of PSA Peugeot Citroën's Supervisory Board since 1999 and is a member of the Financial and Audit Committee.

She started her career in an English audit office before joining the Group's Financial Division and then the Industrial Relations Department.

Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications

He holds a post-graduate degree in communications from CELSA a degree in political science and international relations from IEP Strasbourg. He joins PSA after serving for 7 years as Vice President, International Communication at Alstom. Before, he held a variety of positions in communications at Renault and Renault-Nissan, including 4 years in the Asia-Pacific and 4 years as Vice President, Product and Brand Communication.

Executive Vice President, HR

Xavier Chéreau joined PSA Peugeot Citroën in 1994. He held various operational functions covering all human resources activities : employment, human resources development and social relations. He has been in charge of human resources and social relations of industrial sites of Poissy and Trémery.

Administrator

Entered the Group in 1977, he begins his career in charge of the relations with the dealers for the Brand Citroën. After a few years spent in the financial direction of PSA Peugeot Citroën, he joins the Communications department, where he exercises manager's post of press relations until 2011, year of creation of the Foundation. It becomes Director General of the Corporate Foundation until January, 2014. He is now retired.

has been a member of the Supervisory Board of PSA Peugeot Citroën since 1996 and is a member of the Financial and Audit Committee.

From 1989 to 1999 he was CEO of the company Berger-Levrault, quoted on the Paris stock exchange, and has now retired.

is Secretary of PSA Peugeot Citroën's European Liaison Committee.

He started his career in 1968 at the Group's Poissy site. Today, he holds the post of Technician, Productivity Methods. He became involved in trade unionism at the beginning of 1980 and has been Secretary of the European Works Council since June 2004.

Chief Executive Officer, Peugeot Brand

Entered the Group in 1998, he has a broad industrial experience. He became manufacturing manager at Sochaux before being appointed as managing Director for the manufacturing facility of Wuhan in 2007. Maxime Picat has been managing Director of DongFeng Peugeot Citroën Automobiles since January 2011, having previously held the post of deputy Managing Director between August 2008 and January 2011. He is appointed as Managing Director for the Peugeot Brand from the October 2012.

Executive Vice President, Public Affairs, Groupe PSA

Graduate of History and Information & Communication, she began her career at Pechiney in 1993. She joined Groupe PSA in 2004 as responsible for corporate communication, before becoming responsible for Sustainable Development, then responsible for internal communication. In 2016, she succeeded Christian Peugeot as Executive Vice President for Public Affairs.
