Short term rental
Following a successful initial trial, Citiz is keen to reinforce its fleet of vehicles adapted to disabled people and intended for very short rental periods (occasional or starting from one hour). This need is not covered by conventional dial-a-ride services. The “renters” would be helpers, volunteers (friends and family) or professional users (associations). Each local entity would develop its own partnerships with the associations involved in the same area.
The aim of this initiative is to promote mobility and to prevent the isolation of people of reduced mobility, wherever they are, by providing a vehicle tailored to the needs of helpers, from €3/hour. Many families cannot afford to buy specially converted vehicles.share this project
