Discovering adapted riding
Location: Essonne and Val-de-Marne, France
The organisation fosters access to horse riding for people with disabilities or suffering from social exclusion through adapted riding.
It is seeking to organise adapted riding discovery days in which people with disabilities can find out more about the sport free of charge. It then offers them the opportunity to practice the sport at affordable prices. The programme includes a range of activities connected to horses (grooming, harnessing, handling, trick riding), demonstrations of adapted riding, and initial riding experience.
The Foundation’s support will be used to invest in adapted equipment, including a mounting lift, a harness and riders.
