Social reintegration of former prisoners
Movimiento ciudadano "O noso barrio"
This social reintegration programme for inmates of the prison in the Coya quarter, near Vigo, has two key aims: to get these individuals back in the workforce and to combat drug addiction. Prevention campaigns are conducted, focusing in particular on the young people in the inmates’ families. The Foundation has financed a vehicle to take children to visit their parents at the prison, thus helping to maintain family ties.share this project
