Mobility training for personnel in integration projects
The Chênelet mobility project for employees in integration programmes consists in organising a week-long training course at sites located at a distance from the customary working and living area of the individuals concerned. The training helps to lift mobility obstacles by taking the users out of their regular environment (working 50 km from home at a rural site) and bringing them the opportunity to develop professional momentum.
Some 40 employees will complete the training course in 2015.share this project
